Heey!! I'm HERE AND LOVING IT

HOLA amgos! Como estas? Yo haciendo bien gracias! Ok.. enough of the spanish!! HOly smokes! this is the first time i've been able to get to the internet.. soo my appologies.. but not relaly.. cause I've been having the fricken time of my life! and TOTAL HATS OFF TO MY BBALL TEAM I AM SOO PROUD>> MISS YOU LOADS and cONGRATS! OK.. soo here's everything thats been going on lately:
Finally got to see my cousin Erin.. haven't seen her in 3 years... its wicked.. kinda crazy too cause we almost have ESP with eachother (no dad.. not ESPN.. i've learned)

We are living in this appartment located in the Battey 3... block three.. its got a wicked view.. Right across the street from us is a local outside bball court. Its totally like the "cennter" from honey.. haha theres constantly people playing.. great to watch since its street ball.. soo they do all the wicked moves and tricks and what not/

Erin and I suntanned on the roof of the appartment cause we were too lazy to go to the beach and what not.. just it seemed much more practical cause then we didn't have to worry about washroom visits and what not.. and we had snacks in the fridge... not going to lie.. we both got burnt that day.. :S but we loaded on the aloe *broke off a peice of natural aloe that was growing righ tbeside on the deck.. niceeee picture it baby.. totally tropical!

We've been to the market which was really sweet.. all the fresh fruits and veggies lined up in little tents.. and then went to the Super market.. too.. its was just like any regular one.. but more like when Coopers was getting reno'd.

On the weekend we went to San Marcos.. it's a really poor town, no electricity or running water in any houses.. or paved streets.. thats were we went (erin to teach the breast feeding thing... and me to help out with the kids at school) My gosh.. SOOO cute. we drew and played games talked and yes.. its been amazing.

Sunday they hosted a basketball tourniment in my honor!! I KNOW i felt like.. woaaaaaaaah princess.. haha loads of pictures were taken there! Soo you all have to see them. the played 3 games.. then afterwards.. Zeomate (the lady that runs the school who put on the tourniment) said that it was an honor to have me.. yadda yadda.. and then mentioned i played soo many sports bball.. etc... soo all the kids are like.. Jugas jugas jugas *play play play! So I played one on one with one of the guys (the best one.. man he was good..l but i gave him a run for his money.. hhahah!) I've met soo many people..

We;ve been taking motoconches aroudn the city (like motor bikes.. but you sqiush on like mad.. usually 2-4 people one one.. its nuts.. no helmets.. but its safe.. i know.. stop worrying mom.. everythings alright./

Time is about to run outl.. soo i gotta go xoxoxo love you all.. today we had a totally tropical storm.. Erin and \I were walking about the streets and got soaked! like.. completely drenched, everyone stared as we walked cause no one ever ventures out in the rain.. especially the women. Just like any place in the caribbean.. being white definitely attracts attention.. i dont think we've gone 1 hour without at least 5 people wihistling/smiling/or blowing kisses. hahah kinda gets annoying after a while.. whatever.went to an indoor carnival the other day.. sO unorganized.. but great costumes.. my spanish is getting bettter... but not enoughto be able to survive on my own. Everyone here is soo incredibly kind.. they will give everything they have to you just to make sure you happy.. we need to learn from them.. seriosly.

We FINALLY GOT water again today!! hha we were compeltely dry of it.. it was sick neither of us had showered since friday morning.. and its monday. and here you are soo dirty from being in the barios and what not.. I held a 2 day old baby the other day.. soo cute.. she was 6 lbs. Then later on.. was playing with a 3 wk old kitten... awwwwwwwww! soo cute.

Well thats all thats been happening in brief for the past few days.. i'm h0ping you guys are having a wicked time.. cause i sure am.. learning soo much.. living off of pretty much nothing.. well not nothing.. but bare minimums... we are getting super creative with our meals.. yet they always turn out amazing!! hha (slightly veggie now mum) OH MY GOODNESS.. theres this juice called chinola juice.. its absolutely amazing. all the fresh juices are.
